Installation Instructions
Step 1
Note: You must have administrative permissions on your computer in order to complete this installation. If you do receive a permissions error during installation, please contact us at [email protected].
Click the Download Agent Link to save the file to your computer.
Step 2
Click on the downloaded file to execute it. You can find the download file on the bottom left or top right of your screen depending on your browser. The file will look similar to one of the screens below:

Step 3
Verify the publisher name is “NinjaOne LLC” and press Yes to accept the installation of the installer.
Step 4
The installation process will typically take less than 20 seconds during which point you will see the screen below
